Excellent pancakes
I bought this for making bread and making pancakes so far I’ve only made the pancakes, but they turned out to be excellent! I don’t get bloated or have inflammation from this flour which tells us that’s it’s not the gluten, it’s the glyphosate making us sick.

Light and easy to measure
I love this flour for many reasons. It isn't heavy and is easy to measure. Of course I love it is truly organic. I will be ordering more for baking. I have made muffins and fruit and seed loads which I usually sweeten with brown sugar and use avocado oil and plain yogurt for fats. I haven't tried baking yeast bread yet.

I baked bran muffins using this whole wheat flour. Flavor is very weedy tasting. Flour had a nice consistency. Rice was rather high for my liking.

Excellent wuality
This whole wheat flour is easy to bake with and delicious. I love mixing whole wheat flour with all purpose flour in recipient like cookies to make the treats just a little bit healthier. This flour mixed in so well without making my cookies dense and adds a subtle nuttiness without changing the flavor profile completely. It also is excellent for bread baking without making the bread too dense. It comes in a resealable bag, so I appreciate that a canister is not required for storage. I use a lot of whole wheat flour, so while I will likely purchase this one again, the next time I will likely buy the bigger bag.
