Great product for seniors over 60

Hubby and I have been preparing our bodies and mind before ttc. We stumbled upon coq10 back in May and figured we should take it alongside our prenatal, choline, DHA, magnesium and calcium. The benefits are immense, we did a little further research where Ubiquinol is the active form and better absorbed than just consuming coq10.

I've been supplementing with Ubiquinol for two years and couldn't feel better. I started at 100mg and up to 300mg at the moment. My exercise routines and energy levels improved, my skin glows, and if I ever get a cold, it doesn't last 24 hours. No side effects at all, but of course we are all different. After two years, I believe this product has had a strong overall positive effect on my body. I truthfully feel ten years younger. I'll definitely continue to use Ubiquinol.

This potency is larger than the 200mg Jarrows I have taken twice . It is part of the supplemental regiment I take around lunch time with PQQ and Shilajit. Those 3 supplements were recommended by a nutritionist because they work well together.

I was finding myself feeling run down with no energy and my husband recommended this product. Well, there I was after I took it sitting on the couch going over what I had to do that day when this subtle energy came over me. The next time my husband saw me that first day of taking it was when he saw me defrosting our freezer. A task I had put off for so long that I could have restored any ice cap loss. I recommend.

My cardiologist suggests to chew for better absorption, so it tastes ok compared to other brands we have tried. Others are very bitter!
