Exactly as Advertised
This was exactly what we were looking for to encourage less bottled water and more reusable! Our kids love the room temperature option. I love my cold drinks! Also heats water that is perfect for tea, ramen noodles, etc! Definitely a great investment for a busy family with pre-teens and young ones!

Seller is terrible
The dispenser that was shipped did not dispense cold water and after submitting a refund request and being told I needed to spend 130 to return it, seller offered me $10 not to ask for a refund….. Absolutely unacceptable

This system is fully functional, but very loud. Strangely.

Water temp not very cold
Nice looking unit but reservoir not very big so it empties out holding pot within a glass or too. Cold side water is like well water temperature not very cold at all and no way for end user to adjust the temperature

After all of this time, I still have not used my cooler
I can't seem to get the water to come out of the cooler. This is not my 1st cooler. I've had about 4 and they served their purpose. So, my cooler is still brand new and just sitting and waiting to be used.

Does Not Work - Buyer Beware
Arrived slightly broken but appeared to be cosmetic so we tried to make it work anyway to avoid the hassle of return, but you have to reset the buttons EVERY TIME you want to dispense water. The hot water is incredibly inconsistent and there was no user guide included or online. Not worth the effort.
