It was easy to use, powerful enough for smoothies and shakes, and perfect for quick blending on the go. However, after some time, it suddenly stopped working.Thankfully, the customer support experience made up for the issue. Anusmita from the Agaro support team was extremely helpful and professional. She quickly understood the problem and guided me through the replacement process without any hassle. Thanks to her prompt assistance, I received a replacement unit smoothly.

This portable blender has completely transformed how I make smoothies and shakes on the go. It’s compact, powerful, and incredibly convenient—perfect for busy mornings, gym sessions, or even travel. It also holds a great charge and lasts through multiple uses. However, after a few months, I did experience some physical damage to the product. So I reached out to customer service, I was blown away by how responsive and helpful they were. They arranged a replacement for me in no time, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.

It's a good product.Pros.1. Blends well. Learning is cut the pieces a little smaller. Bigger chunks are slightly difficult.2. Ice was reduced to a certain size and blended well.3. Smoothies ( fruit) and cold coffee worked well.4. Ease of use and cleaning.Cons1. It is working at the level of 200ml. More than that the blender shows no movement. So it has to be poured in a cup and blended back in second round.

Products works well 'ONLY FOR ONE YEAR' which is as long as the company provides.The product is non repairable which means it's a USE & THROW after warranty period and upon contacting Agaro, their customer service offers a 40% discount if you want to repurchase.I had bought is along with extended warranty for 2 yrs with One-assist and they paid for this amount and I did not end up losing money

I reached out to Agaro's customer service, and I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt and efficient response. Without any hassle, they immediately replaced my unit, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.One thing that could be improved is the glass jar's durability, as it needs to be handled with care. But overall, if you use the product properly, it's a great investment for those who need a portable and powerful blender.
