Works great. Instructions are unclear, not specific to model , doesn't describe how to change out features if you don't have the exact model shown. You have to guess how things are put together , no parts and nothing is labeled. Screws etc are thrown in bag together without description or use. No online videos from company or specific model instructions.

Initial Review:I'm still trying to figure out how to assemble the heat press. The instructions aren't fully clear. I'm not sure if I'm missing screws or if I put the wrong screws on the incorrect parts. There's only one video on YouTube of a woman assembling hers but it's a different model from the one I received. It is also possible that they sent me a generic manual that doesn't account for the model I have.Additionally the manual only covers the heat press and not the other 10 features.

The screws and stuff never came with it never got to use it upset and never received new one or my money back

poorly constructed, missing materials. when i contacted the company i gave them a chance to correct the mistake. I told them which pieces i was missing and they told me to send pics. I already had emailed them which parts i was missing. how do i send pics of parts i don't have companies are crazy.

Did not receive mug press brackets in the box and have been unable to reach customer service since March. I have emailed and called multiple times. The shirt press works great but using any of the attachments is a pain. Next time I will buy mug press, hat press, and heat press separately.
