Basically aged, salt cured Country Ham is unavailable in Delicateessins located in Southernn California as it is a product of Virginia and is not mass produced because it takes time and there is not a huge demand for it. But if you want that slightly dry salty flavor, well this supplier works with Amazon to provide it. It comes chilled and vacuum sealed in just the right quantity to make two recipes for Gruyere Ham Scones that I have made several times. Delicious! The right ingredients are everything. My order was delivered promptly! Fast!
