Compact, Great Design and Excellent Functionality
I use this MP3 player mainly for listening to music and some sports talk radio. Sometimes when I am working out I'll switch between the music and the radio and it's quick and simple. I generally listen through inexpensive wired headphones but I have a Bluetooth headset as well and I've tested this to play on that as well. The sound is good on both, including when I choose to use the equalizer. While I do not routinely use much of the available functionality, there are certain features, such as the voice recorder, that I will use at some point. With all that functionality comes some complexity. However, the player separates the menu choices across two main menu buttons to make it more manageable. This is the third player of this model that I have purchased in the past 4-5 years. All three are still operational but as with any device with a non-replaceable battery, eventually they will not hold a charge, so I like to always have a fairly "fresh" one.

Infinitely Worse than the Sandisk Clip Plus
Wow, I had this for a week and have returned it because the Bluetooth is absolutely horrible. At the gym it would be interrupted about once every minute, enough to make you incredibly angry. Ok so that is the unforgivable problem.BUT that's not all. The AGPTEK is worse in every measurable way compared to my old Sandisk. Loading music takes three times as long AND sometimes there are errors where the files do not copy correctly and need to be deleted out. Next, every time you turn the device off you need to match it again. It does not remember like every other MP3 in existence. Also, after a minute or so the screen goes to a screen saver so if you simply want to fast forward to the next song you need to hit the forward button once, wait a second or two and then hit it two more times. A basic function they complicated for no reason at all. Screen readability and sound quality (when the bluetooth actually works) are on par with the Sandisk. I will give them that.Sad to see the Sandisk no longer being manufactured. I tried this one and it was a mistake. Will likely give the Mechen a go next.

Very nice mp3 player
I've been using small, clip mp3 players to listen to podcasts & music for years now to do yardwork, mostly mowing the lawn, mainly so I don't bang around my phone that costs 25x this much lighter and effective device! Had used a SanDisk Clip with wired earbuds for many years, then a Victure BT mp3 player for past few years until it no longer workedStarting with the PROS:+++ small & light compared to phone and can place in pocket without the weight of the phone or just clip to shirt or shorts++ simple to transfer music & podcasts via drag-and-drop since it shows as a USB flash drive+ easy enough to navigate once you learn the layout of the UI+ greatly prefer the physical buttons on these players vs touch screen+ good soundNow the CONS:-- For reasons unknown, the mp3 player saves the BT device connection, but you have to manually just go into the BT menu for it to reconnect to the last earbuds/headphones/speaker-- transfer speeds seem woefully slow compared to most modern flash drives (though it's literally only maybe 15-20 seconds for a typical podcast)-- product info states BT 5.3, but very limited range - maybe 30 ft? but again for my usage, it's fine- difficult to see screen in direct sunlightOverall, very happy with this device and hope to get at least a few years out of it since these tiny mp3 players seem to be getting harder to find.

Great Alternative.
Great alternative music source for my Bluetooth speakers, do my phone is freed up. Holds a lot of music files with 64gb internal memory and has a slot for a 128gb sd card. Battery lasts half a day. So easy to load tunes, just plug it in and drag files to either drives. Nice price and so easy to use.

Great device BUT the screen is much too dim
I needed something just like the SanDisk Clip Sport but with more volume power. This device is louder, has an easy interface and has an EQ.BUT, the LED display is SO dim. I actually an not even use this during daylight hours. Even when I can find shade to hide under, I am not able to see the screen on a bright day. I have the brightness turned up to MAX and the screen is simply not visible.I guess my search continues for a SanDisk replacement. My rating for this thing is really more like a 3.5

Update, got a second one it works great. :)
Update...I initiated a return with Amazon. I decided to try again since I really wanted one of these and there were several reviews of happy customers. They sent me another and It works great. The whole process of return took about a week and was rather painless. I am very satisfied with the result and sofar I love the player. It works just as I had hoped and is quite easy to use. It is a little larger than what I am used to but that is ok and I love the on/off switch feature!I have used MP3 players for years. This one was difficult to load as it was very slow and kept failing to load what I had cued. When I had finished and ejected from my PC it went to this searching screen and I couldn't turn on or off and my PC no longer recognizes it when I plug it in. The customer service phone number is foreign and they tell you that you can only get a refund or communicate by email with tech support. I am super disappointed. I wasn't able to get the email for tech support as my skype credit ran out and I don't have international calling on my plan. I guess I will have to get a refund. What I really wanted was to have this to use... Today! Would give zero stars if I could at this time. I will update if something changes.
