Hello, to load the lead tip into the pencil, just need to rotate and twist off the refill head and then replace it with a new replacement head. And you will finally get a new refill head.

Q: Can you buy erasers and nibs separately ?

Hello, the nib can be purchased separately, you can find the link in our Ainiv store, but unfortunately we do not sell the eraser separately for the time being.
