I have used it twice, once I apply it myself and the second time I had a hair stylist apply it. The first time I wasn't able to get it everywhere without touching my scalp. I don't have the best lights in my BA so I didn't notice any change. I did notice my hair was left soft, tho. The second time, with the lights in the hair salon, I noticed how beautiful my hair was left, VERY shinny and like if I had used a Shades EQ from Redken. Not a great change on my greys but still, so gorgeous for everything else. My grey hair are like baby lights, I don't have a full head yet. My hair stylist said in my particular case, my greys are very shiny, meaning the cuticle is sealed, this is why my greys are so shinny. In his opinion, this mask will never make a great change but still makes my hair, overall look great.I still will use it as a nourishing hair mask. I'm happy with my purchase.

This shampoo and its sister conditioner makes my coppery red hair keep its red color between colorings. It’s the only shampoo for red hair that that comes in different colors. All there’s have a burgundy cast. Love it!

When I followed package directions, it didn't do anything with blending my grays. However, after I shower I brush the product onto my wet hair, focusing on problem areas. I keep it in for about 30 minutes, then I rinse my hair in the shower again. Sounds tedious but it works! Stubborn grays that box dye could never get are actually blending into my hair. Another plus is, no irritation or itchy scalp!

Helps keep my color intact between appointments. Greasy hair gals should know that you'll prob need to shampoo your roots again afterwards

I love this product! I am a natural redhead - mostly strawberry blonde - and have never had my hair colored. As I get older my hair is getting a little lighter and more dull. I tried this product with some hesitation - I didn't want it to look like I had my hair colored - I just wanted a little umph in my natural color - mainly the copper highlights. This worked perfectly. It looks natural and added just a little more to my natural color. I leave it in for about 2-3 minutes and that's enough to do the trick. LOVE IT!!

But i had bleached natural blonde and cool (white) toned hair. I wanting to try a darker caramel color….. but ended up with brassy orange hair…. Tobacco seems to be a strawberry blondish color (between golden and copper) i was hoping for between red and brown. I see why there are no reviews on it. Every one else knew what i didn’t. I spend so much time and effort in finding and deciding on a tone. I really wish i never used this product and stuck with my white toned blonde. I will be looking at blond color depositing masks from Mondo or waiting for it to fade and possibly going in with another toner if needed.
