Feel a lot stronger.
I thought I’d give it at least a week before giving a review but honestly I’ve been feeling the effects since day one or day two after taking this. Makes you feel stronger and I definitely feel a boost in confidence, might be from the maca. Also I’m lifting more than ever in my workouts. Definitely recommend.

Seems to be good so far
As a man of a certain age, with a stressful job and all that comes with that I am always interested in supplements that can help to improve your quality of life.This has a good well balanced mix of supplements you could take separately such as ginseng and maca with the addition of Tribulus Terrestris that "may" increase libido as well.Time will tell, but at the moment I am happy to say it does indeed have a calming effect, at least on me.
