Seems excellent with some reservations
Apparently does not contain myrosinase? I called the manufacturer... until that is confirmed I am chewing a few mustard seeds sith it. Otherwise "appears" to be a quality product. Although... there also 3xists unclarity about dosage as it states held in suspension... maybe they just need an editor.

Sulforaphane Is Extremely Healthy
Since I have learned about Sulforaphane from the videos of Dr. Rhonda Patrick, I have regularly consumed it. Basically, sulforaphane is a phytochemical molecule derived from cruciferous (especially Broccoli and Brussels sprouts), which has several health benefits such as: it is a potent anti-inflammatory; it increases the blood flow to the brain, and; it is an antioxidant (by cancelling out some free radicals). And since I found Sulforaphane in the more absorbable and more bioavailable liquid form, I abandoned the capsules.I take 11 drops on an empty stomach, once a day, sublingually for 30 seconds and then swallow it. It has a pleasant taste, even though I cannot not taste any peppermint, as advertised. It does not leave any aftertaste, does not cause burps or excessive stomach acidity. Finally, I highly appreciate the fact that the distributor Lifetrition had this Sulforaphane third-party lab tested, which has now become industry best practice.

This should prove to be a superior form of sulforaphane.
Lyfetrition Activated & Stabilized Sulforaphane is packaged in an opaque glass bottle, which I’m sure helps to preserve potency. There are 220 doses of 11 drops, so the selling price seems reasonable for a seven-month+ supply. My bottle doesn’t expire for nearly three years, so it arrived very fresh.Thankfully, I’m becoming at least somewhat accustomed to the unpleasant flavor. I don’t really like it, but it’s an acceptable tradeoff for the potential benefits of a well-absorbed form of sulforaphane. Of all the potential benefits suggested by recent studies, my primary interest is in sulforaphane’s apparent ability to suppress the growth of cancer cells.Other benefits currently being researched include potentially improving heart health and insulin sensitivity, and reducing inflammation and oxidative stress. This form of sulforaphane will hopefully be directly absorbed, instead of having to survive a trip through the digestive system. It’s a novel idea, at least as applied to sulforaphane, one that I hope proves itself over time. I like that the product is third-party tested, GMP certified and non-GMO.It’s too soon for me to expect positive benefits, but I’ve not noticed any undesired effects, so five stars for quality and value.

Strong Flavor, Clean Ingredients, Gives Energy Boost!
I got this Lyfetrition Activated & Stabilized Sulforaphane a couple week ago, and I’ve been using daily ever since it arrived. It has a very strong peppermint flavor, but I can handle it straight; placing the serving size of 11 drops under my tongue and letting it sit for about 30 seconds before swallowing.I’ve found that taking this supplement during lunchtime, right before my daily cardio session, gives me a really good energy boost. If you find the flavor to be too extreme, I’m sure it would mix well added-in to other liquids, especially tea. It’s really too early to say if I’ve experienced any other benefits this product claims to do (healthier skin/aids in healthy aging process, etc), but for the quick energy boost I receive, I’m happy with this so far and will continue using it.

Hopeful
Easy to take except it should have a line as to how much to take. It tells you the amount in ml. but I had to measure in a small measuring cup and guess the amount needed in the dropper. The dropper doesn't fill much. As to it helping, still early to tell.

A great alternative.
Sulforaphane is a chemical compound rich in sulfur present in cruciferous vegetables such as Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, arugula, broccoli, and broccoli sprouts. It is thought to help prevent cancers and combat free radicals as an antioxidant. I found out about it from Dr. Berg but I have a hard time digesting some of those foods when I eat them. A liquid is a great way to get the benefits without having to digest the roughage.Of course, only time may tell how a supplement will benefit anyone, but I like the philosophy of this company to produce high quality supplements. So, I am trying it as a great alternative to eating those vegetables. It does have a strong flavor and I put it into another liquid to consume, as recommended by the manufacturer.
