When I first switched on the iron box, it made a strange sound and caused the power to trip in my house — the lights went off as well. At first, I thought of exchanging the item. However, I double-checked everything and followed the instructions carefully. After properly turning on the switch box, the iron box started working fine. So, I decided not to exchange it. Yesterday, the replacement item arrived, but I informed the delivery person that the iron box is now working properly, so I didn’t accept the exchange. Overall, the product is working well after resolving the initial issue. Thank you.

Don't buy this...Entire waste of money... Water is leaking in a abnormal way and wetting the dress so badly...The iron plate is also sticking in the dress when using the dry mode... Not worthy... There are so many other steam iron boxes available in the market (even in Philips brand) ... Don't buy it here even the item is defective there are giving only replacement which is also having the same defect... Buy from a shop by checking it

Great Iron working nice

It’s more like half an iron. So small that when one has large hands, you can’t tell the hand from the iron. Philips has taken cost cutting for the Indian market to a whole new level.Pros:One can claim they have a steam ironDoes the job for babies clothesSteam release is gradual which avoids frequent refillsCons:One can claim they have a steam iron box from a toddler's game box setThe hot plate is so small that one would need twice as long to press compared to a adult size iron boxThe chord is barely a meter and a halfNo wrinkle press functionQuestionable quality of plasticsTo sum it up, if there is a lot of time in one’s life, then this steam iron with all its nano size glory could work. For the rest, it’s at best fit for travel.
