I like the idea that l can sleep. I have a scar on my chest from surgery and for years have not been able to sleep comfortably...this helps. The dislike is that the item is stuffed to full so it doesn't lay flat also the elastic bands on the edges tend to move up to my neck which is uncomfortable and the adjustable band stretched so it just kinda flops around..unable to adjust it to fit my back. Could be made better but the idea is perfect.

This pack came with 2 pillows. I hated the idea of wearing the straps to bed, so I cut the straps off of one pillow, but left them attached to the other, just in case I'd like the option in the future. The thickness of the center of the pillow is not suitable for the natural position of my breasts (38D), so I use the strapless pillow tilted a bit sideways for a more comfortable side-sleeping position. A bonus feature is that these pillows are a bit stiff, so they also double as a neck pillow for me. I use them on top of the regular pillow when I'm reading in bed.

Unfortunately if you have larger breasts or are larger girl these aren't very comfortable at all! The thin straps dig in leaving painful marks!

I'm actually not using it anymore, it's uncomfortable and it moves from its place. The holders are big, and the back one it at the top of the adjustment provided.

Terrible quality… they come apart after a few washes
