This is basically a magazine. A really expensive magazine that's filled with the most basic of information. I can't even recommend this "book" to people! Maybe if you're 9 years old and want to know the difference between fruits and vegetables🤷‍♀️ other than that, this "book" is worthless. I'll be sending it back asap.
