Q: Drill not working! need help please. what do i do? it has new batteries installed correctly.

Check the switch above the trigger on the drill to make sure it is either all the way to the left or the right for forward or reverse. If it happens to land in the middle, the drill does nothing. I had this happen to my granddaughter right after I had replaced the batteries and it took a while to figure out that was the problem.
