I bought this item on a whim, as I have recently started using clear protein whey as part of a diet plan set up by my doctor. I hate using shaker bottles with thos funny metal mixing balls in, and was hoping for a passable alternative. I mainly settled on this bottle because I liked the colour and it looked practical. I was not expecting it to be as good as it is, and I am definitely happy with my purchase.The bottle base is rechargable, and the battery lasts around 2 weeks of daily use. I make at least one shake a day, and it mixes the whey perfectly without any clumps. It does make noise, but it's not as loud as I expected and because it mixes quickly you don't have to listen to it for very long. The lid and the bottle are machine washable (the base isn't, but it's easy to clean) and the seal on the spout is tight so it doesn't leak if I decide to take it out and about. Overall, it's made making these shakes a lot easier and that is helping me to keep to my diet plan. It's probably the best bit of health-related kit I've bought, and is well worth the price in my opinion.

This is 21st century living, ine of amazons best little finds to date. It fully works, perfectly smooth in 20 seconds. Even when I weighed it heavy.Works like a dream, cheap and saves space for a full on blender.

Great idea but battery doesn't last very long and always have one side that my powder sticks too. Very noisy. Easy to clean. No leaks

EDIT: I have as of April 2025 been offered an full refund for this, an nice gesture but came with no explanations nor attempts to have me try the product again which makes me suspect as to if the problems are known that I mention in the review.So I purchased this back at August of 2024 and used it fairly often (probably 2-4 times a week at most) for an month before having to pause my usage due to personal reasons. However prior to pausing the motor was showing signs of struggle where it would not spin without and push from me sticking something inside the mixture and tapping the stir bit sometimes. However recently I started to try and use it again but noticed that I needed start the spinning all the time and the power and speed the motor had was massively gone that I ended up with my first chunky protein shake today which is why I have now thrown it away.All in all the durability of this is horrible since I very much doubt I exceeded 2-3 months of an normal gym everyday user would use this for. It had leaked a few times until I got both parts screwed together just right so cleaning was made easy as advertised (although still finicky due to trying to avoid having water go on the buttons. Carrying it didn't feel safe due to the leaks making it so I didn't dare have it not be upright.So yeah waste of money, not worth it honestly

Does a decent job of mixing protein powder. No lumps. Not so powerful that I even bother with the lid which is actually a good thing (no more than 250ml). 250 ml liquid, scoop of protein powder, push the button and it stops automatically. A quick rinse under the tap is usually all that's required and then it's ready for next time. I only keep this in the kitchen as a substitute for a blender. It's a mixer, not a blender, and it does a decent job. Just make sure the base is screwed on well to avoid leaks.
