Other neck supports felt too firm and since I'm short, they never hit the right spots forcing my neck and head to into uncomfortable positions making them useless. This one is longer length but not taller, it comes down to my shoulderblades. It's soft as a freakin cloud/neck and head feel weightless when I relax into it. It's just enough to be supportive but it is very soft. It's more gel-like, not memory foam. I'm able to scoot it down forget for my height which is great. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and have constant neck and back pain.I originally bought it for a 15 for drive hauling our camper and I ended up not being able to use it on my husband's truck seats. I couldn't get it to fit over the headrest. I had to use a backup one that had buckles for straps instead of just elastic loops like this one. I let one of my teenagers use it on the backseat headrest is the truck and it fit.When we got home, I put it on my minivan driver seat, it fit perfect. Every time I get in the driver's seat and at least once while driving, I'll exclaim how comfortable it is and it's annoying my kids.I want to find an entire seat made of what material.

Too comfortable. Prone to sleepy driving. Might have to switch back 😂

wanted to modify my Dx Racer Iron Series chair because the neck pillow isnt quite perfect placement for my height.Turns out this unit can be attached using a Sharpie. Jus thread the top or bottom loop (i preferred using the bottom loop) thru the gap (*not over*, the elastic loop doesnt stretch wide enuf for that), and attach a sharpie to hold it in place. see pictures (its easy).complaints:like most amazon products of this nature, it arrives factory gross, reeking of chinese manufacturing chemicals and godknowswhat. hopefully will air out over time like most office furnitureadjustable wider straps woulda been more flexible, but it attaches secure w the sharpie.this unit's neck placement vs the included dx racer chair pillow which has a looser/more flexible strap--the dxracer neck pillow "floats" and can adjust w more reclining chair positions.this unit is fixed/"as is", i find it contours to my neck the best using the bottom loop while sitting in bolt-upright position.leaning back significantly, makes the angle not quite as good but still more supportive than no neck pillow.time will tell if the unit performs well for my needs, but it at least attaches and is reasonably placed on my dx racer iron series chair with cheap/minor modification.if you want to try something different than those racer chair neck pillows, and your chair has an attachment hole similar to mine (pictured) might as well give this unit a shot at this price.

Worked fine on a long car trip. My neck stayed supported, preventing any pain.

Has a weird smell, it goes away in time, but then you're left with a pillow that's not actually that supportive, not as universal as you're lead to believe, and just not great overall.But, it is in fact a pillow, and it does work okay as one.

Took me 3 attempts and finally! This pillow fits right in the place where the my car seats curves back. It does not stick out too far like it's a headrest for a sorter person. I'm 5'6. I can now properly use my headrest without feeling like I'm hunching over. Until car makers figure out how to correct the seat shape, this is a perfect solution!

I am not sure if I put this on right but I tried a bunch of ways and each was more excruciating than the next. I'll take regular neck pain from lack of support over this torture device
