I have used ashwagandha by other companies before and had mixed results that included not feeling a difference to causing a type of brain fog. This product came from a trusted source/company. It seems to be effective and not have negative side effects, at least for me.

For those of us, who suffer from anxiety. It’s a perfect way to rise in the morning and reduce feelings of tension and stress.

I have used many supplements found on Amazon over the past 20 years and rarely can I tell a true difference like I can with this one. I take Wellbutrin 300mg and was looking for a natural way to help with focus without any more stimulant effects, which would happen if I increased my Wellbutrin dose. To feel calmer as well as focused would have been the cherry on top of my sundae. I was skeptical but my neurologist has said he personally takes ashwaganda for sleep so I figured it couldn’t hurt. In fact I purchased and tried a more expensive liquid ashwaganda supplement for sleep and I felt nothing. With the Life Extension supplement I felt increased energy and focus and calm all at once almost immediately (maybe the third day). It’s a mild but noticeable change. I take 2 in the morning. I can also sleep well at night (though no changes to sleep that I can detect). Maybe it is the spearmint extract that I am actually responding to, given my previous lack of response to ashwaganda alone. Whatever the reason, as long as I am feeling positive effects, I am using this supplement. Seems reasonably priced to me as well. I negative side effects either, though my stomach is pretty hard to unsettle.

It was not the right product for me I was not feeling well so I had to stop but whennI bought the regular one that is amazing
