Nice taste, gave me a energy boost

Have tried many of these energy boosters and this particular one is by far the best. Works very quick without any groggy after effects or funny taste. Doesn’t over boost you either, so you’re not jittery and hyper; just smoothly elevated into the ‘ Zone ‘ if you know what I mean. Lasts for a few hours too. If you need a gentle pick me up when sluggish to give you that push to get to the gym then this is the one for you !

It makes me feel energised and I get more liquids in.I think it’s just the caffeine and some vitamins in action. I quite like the taste but it’s fairly artificial watermelon and the colour worries me a bit because it’s so bright.Not sure I would buy again but at the moment it’s handy as a quick pick me up. I like to use caffeine but not in the coffee form, so I already found one nootropic drink in powder I adored but they stop producing it so on the hunt for a replacement.The sachets are good, small to take with me and easy to use and the packaging is very oversized.Caffeine content: 32mg/100mlSweetener sucralose.I sometimes use only half of a sachet.Price was great that’s what attracted me. This is mainly flavoured caffeine. One sachet contains 106mg caffeine, or about the equivalent of 2.5 diet cokes.The taste is nice. I chose the mango. Still rather than fizzy. I drank it slowly with food given the amount of caffeine.It also contains some low does of vitamins C and two B vitamins and zinc. And sucralose. Negligible amounts of salt.It contains 2% extract of aronia melanocarpa. Commonly called chokeberry, which has some traditional uses in reducing blood pressure. It may also reduce blood sugar. Webmd does not provide any commentary on uses for improving brain focus. It seems quite a low dose compared to the caffeine.It also contains a very low dose - 4% - perhaps 120mg in each sachet- of L-tyrosene, which is used in the treatment of ADHD.
