Trixie Cat Activity Tunnel Feeder, Multicolored (Maroon/White),ø 28 cm/14 cm

Trixie used to make these feeders in a nice bright blue, but this maroon colour is vile. I wish they'd start selling the blue ones again.The tunnel feeder I bought from Amazon had the wrong feeder in the box, so had to go back. But I've now got the right one, and am very happy with it. It's easy to use, my cats got to grips with it quickly (they've been using puzzle feeders for a few years now and are proving to be quite clever with them), and you can set it so that the food doesn't drop through very easily, limiting the speed with which the cats can feed. Once my cats have cleared up the food that has fallen through into the little tunnels they know to give it a good whack on the top and make more food fall through, which is fun to watch. It's a good feeder, slows them down, and is easy to fill up. And it fits in my washing up bowl, which is important!I'd recommend it to anyone who want to slow down the speed their cats eat dry food. My only hesitation is the horrible colour. Trixie, sort it out!

Our stray rescue cat was eating her food whole, unchewed, very fast, then regurgitating it due to anxiety. This little gadget has made a big difference, she now eats slowly and doesn't regurgitate, she chews her food more and as learned to slow down. She may even enjoy the distraction from counting squirrels through the window as seems to enjoy using it.

Only issue with this product is that the white tray area around the tunnels that my cat is taking the food out of is too small. This has resulting in food going everywhere due to my cat having to drag the food out onto the floor to actually get his food due to is being to small for him eat off of. He isn’t a very big cat and has a relatively small face so has nothing to do with that. So would recommending getting mats around this product to avoid mess.

The media could not be loaded.  Our cats loved this! I’m always looking out for enrichment for their dry food as one of our cats gets sick if she eats too fast.This was our third purchase of a feeder, after realising the ball style ones ended up being kicked and all the treats go everywhere! Our cats found this feeder the quickest to pick up and even our older cat who normally takes a while to adjust was eating from it within hours.The amount of food you can put in is the perfect amount. It only needs refilling every other day if you have two cats who also get wet food twice daily.

Great purchase! I have three cats and one of them will do everything he can to injest any morsel of food, and often tries to steal from the others. When I put dry food in the puzzle feeders, he usually stops before the smaller ladies, as the effort doesn't really seem worth as much! Keeps them entertained for a good 15 minutes too if I need them out of the way.The only thing to note is that it can be a bit clunky to store because of its shape. You can pour most types of kibble into the top, but you might have to shake it to get some bigger pieces down.All in all does what it's supposed to and has lasted a good while with no wear and tear. Very happy!

I like this because if you have to leave the cats for an amount of time, you're feeling ok they can get to food to keep them happy. Good idea having the different outlets to paw their biscuits out.

White base of feeder to narrow, could be wider for cats to get to the food .not the easiest to clean .. so put it in the dish washer.

There is no option to open up a private dispute about this so public it will have to be.A key component of what is supposed to hold the biscuits in the main tunnel is missing. so the whole product is useless.The only option is to return and I don't want to return it I just want the missing piece sending out. This is supposed to be a christmas gift so I need this sorting out immediately, which I doubt anyone is going to do. I need someone to contact me and sort this out.
