Great product
Directions are easy to follow and made assembly a breeze. I actually painted the wagon red and stood a small 3 ft Christmas tree inside of it to display my daughter's handmade ornaments throughout the years.

First one squeaked, but they sent me a replacement! Very impressed with customer service!!!
They sent new one when it had issues.

Came defective
I wanted to make you aware that the wagon I purchased through Amazon on August 2nd came defective. It was for my daughter's birthday. When we were putting it together we realized that one side has the slit in the wrong place causing the bottom not to be able to slide in properly. We were able to use a longer screw to help keep it in place since my 3 year old was excited and eager to use it but it looks awkward with a slit above and a small corner sticking out because the bottom board can't slide properly. I have attached pictures.
