First time wallpapering so i was a bit stressed. I pre-cut all the paper so i had it all matched before i started , I also wrote on each piece of wall paper Top and Bottom and the number corresponding to what i actually also wrote on the wall... so strip 1 would go where i wrote the number 1 on the wall 2 where 2 was on the wall etc. I started in the middle (number 1 ) then to the left of the middle (no2) then to the right of the middle etc, so basically i did the whole wall leaving the 2 ends (either side) until last . Cut them to the required width and finished off. Make sure you wet the paper at the edges and leave for the full 5 mins. When cutting make sure your knife is razor sharp and cut at a very acute angle to the paper ,,, so nowhere near 90 deg as that will rip it. Dont panic its actually pretty easy once you get the first strip done .. 1 other thing i cut the paper so the mortar was at the very top of the wall rather than say half way through a brick, it gives it a nice look and finish. I have added a pic of the tools i used minus the wall paper glue.

Not as described
I spent £2.99 on a sample of wallpaper. Not at all happy as it is not as described. Description:- “SOPHIE LAURENCE Brick Wallpaper Textured Thick Realistic Rustic 3D Stone Wall Effect - Chimney Breast Feature Wall Wallpaper (Sample, Red)”. Be aware, this is NOT textured and NOT 3D. This is flat wallpaper and the bricks aren’t realistic as are too small. At least I only ordered a sample!

Not paste the wall paper as advertised
The paper is lovely quality and the design is as shown, however it isn't paste the wall as it says in the description and that was one of my main buying points. I find paste the wall much easier and quicker to hang so I'm hoping this is manageable otherwise it will be a waste of money
