So I searched for a massage pillow after buying a leather-based back massager because I wanted something softer to lean against. As a pillow the material is pretty soft. The massage nodes themselves are flatter and firmer than I was expecting but in a way it feels like a deeper massage. The reverse cycle is noisier and doesn't work as effectively. The heat is okay too. Other than the back, I like to use on abs, calves and legs. Overall it's a nice massage pillow.

I think the advertisement is false, photo shows the light on and not plugged in...mine doesnt do that..has to be plugged in to work!

I bought two...one for each home. At the end of the day it provides the kind of reliable relief I look forward to. Great product at a great price.

The pillow was surprisingly strong as a massage pillow. It has several settings and is easy to figure out. It’s a little hard to touch the buttons to operate the settings/heat without getting off the pillow, but overall, very good product.

The massage is pretty good but I do not feel any heat.
