I have been looking for good carob candy and this is one of my favorites.

but I enjoyed this as a flashback familiar taste. WIll melt is room is hot. but comes right back to solid, with no seemingly loss.

I'd been wanting to try Miss J's products for awhile and I was not disappointed. The carob bars were subtlety sweet and tasty. I had to careful not to eat them all in one sitting! I can't wait to try their other products.

Let me state that this is not a bad product as far as quality goes. It is good texture and appearance but the taste…Well, if you are looking for a low sugar, no caffeine substitute for chocolate, you could do worse. Just don’t expect to fool anyone into believing that this is chocolate.It’s flavour is difficult to describe. It has a sharpness in contrast to the smoothness of chocolate, and could use a little extra sweetness.I bought it because I was curious and now that my curiosity is satisfied, I can honestly say this product is not for me.Maybe it will for you, but just know what to expect.
