Great instrument for the price - was a gift for my grandson who is in the school band and needed the one he had replaced - wanted to get him something that was decent but not real expensive - he is very pleased with it - very happy with this purchase

My 5th grader is starting band this year so I purchased this to help get her started. I gave it a try myself before giving it to her and everything about it is great for young beginners. It’s easy to put together and take apart and the sound quality is excellent. The case and instrument are nice and light so it’ll be easy for my child to bring this to and from school. It came with gloves, a cleaning cloth, 2 reeds, a stand, and cork grease so I didn’t have to purchase any additional accessories. If my daughter decides to stick with clarinet, I’ll definitely purchase a better quality one but as previously mentioned, this is a great starter clarinet so I am very happy with this purchase and definitely recommend it for young beginners.

I used to play clarinet as a young person and haven’t played for a long time. My old clarinet is in bad shape. So I thought I would pick up the clarinet again and shop for an instrument, and I saw this one and thought it might be a good starter instrument. I was not disappointed. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I noticed this instrument has gone up in price quite a bit and i don’t want to anyone to be as disappointed as i was, i couldn’t make it “over the break” I thought it was because I have not played in many many years, but after buying a new clarinet, every note came out beautifully through every scale I played. I tried to play it side-by-side with this one and every time this clarinet sounded absolutely horrible. My main reason for discouraging a purchase of this is that I would not like to see a beginner purchase this and get frustrated that they were not able to play the instrument not realizing that it was the instrument and not them and they would give up on playing the clarinet.

I bought this for my 5th grade child who is just starting school concert band. The tonal quality is fantastic. She has had no problems using it, and it's her favorite color. Excellent choice for a starter instrument.

Its a great instrument overall, great quality of sound and material. A little to tight in the first assembly but after that it came apart easily and the reassembly was easy as well.
