❄️ Keep your SSD cool, your workflow cooler.
The Thermalright HR10 2280 PRO is a high-performance SSD cooler designed for 2280 M.2 SSDs, featuring double-sided 14.8W/m.k thermal pads, four 5mm heatpipes with AGHP technology, and a PWM-controlled 30mm fan. Crafted from stainless steel and aluminum, it effectively reduces SSD temperatures by up to 30°C, preventing throttling and ensuring peak performance, while supporting PCIe 5.0 SSDs for next-gen compatibility.

Great product, and great performance at a great price!
I was a bit hesitant to purchase this product since there was no feedback (and the price), however, this heatsink is outstanding!I recently purchased a Samsung 990 Pro 4TB NVMe and it didn't come with a heatsink. Prior to installing this heatsink, I was averaging between 42 - 48 degrees Celsius. My main concern was the write/read speeds as CrystalDiskMark 8 benchmarks were reporting lower numbers than what the product spec sheet averaged. After installing this heatsink my temperatures dropped to 24 to 30 degrees Celsius consistently and my read/write speeds increased drastically to the averages advertised in the drives product specs.I have bought a second one for my second NVMe drive and can see a significant overall improvement for both drives. For what I paid I was not expecting to see very much improvement however I was really surprised to see how such a small upgrade could significantly improve such an expensive upgrade. With all of that said, I recommend this product, from an esthetics standpoint if that matters to you it looks also great.

Great for high speed gen5 nvme’s and benchmarking.
Working with arctic liquid freezer iii. The stock cooler for the nvme wouldn’t fit. This nvme cooler fits and works great. Temps for my nvme in a heavily modded system are around 24c - 50c. Great price for the product and what’s even better is that this is a common fan and can be replaced and or upgraded. 30m 30m 10m. The fan comes with a extra long cable that’s great for hiding it.

Good solid QUIET EVEN AT 100%
I bought two of these coolers for both my m.2 I upgraded to 990’s from a older m.2 cooler and I have to say I love the tight design, it proved a challenge to put between my gpu and my cpu cooler but a magnetic screw driver helps a lot. The coolers come with a nice heat transfer pad, and great instructions. I plugged to a chassis fan and linked it to my cpu load on my motherboard. 10/10 I love the black nice and sleek. Keeps my temps under 48!!

Really well made, hilariously overkill.
This despite how small it is. This is really a well-made, like, unnecessarily well made. The teeny tiny fan ramps up and down like it should and the thermal pads that came pre-installed actually seemed really good quality. I'm using this with a 4TB M.2 NVME and it keeps it at room temp even when benchmarking. The fan ramps up and down like it's supposed to and it seems to be matching. The RPM showed in the bios pretty well. It is a hilariously small fan though but if you can find one that small it is replaceable.. It does not have extra cutouts for shorter drives though, so you're going to have to have a 2280 size if you want to use this.It is practically the same length as your drive only cooling the chips themselves and it's a little hard to get the screw in because you have to go between two of the heat pipes (needs a long narrow screwdriver)

Frosty a f
Keeps my ddr5 6800mt/s ssd FROSTY. Runs at about 52*C at about 75% fan speed after being on for hours. This is about 30*C less than with the fan off. Sound is negligible especially if you have any other fans active. Easy install. The ssd screw is a little tough to as it’s tucked behind the rods and I scratched off a little of the black coating doing so but nothing significant.

Works great. 17 degrees C cooler!
I have a drive that runs hot. This heatsink brought the temps down from 61 degrees to 44 degrees when running a Crystal Disk read/write test. The 61 degrees was with a copper heat sink and then an aluminum heat sink both hit 61.

Great cooling with 1.5mm pads (Stock pads are too thin)
The product works great, WITH CORRECT PADS.I’m using five Gen 4 NVMe m.2 drives, THREE Crucial P3 Plus and TWO Samsung 990Pros. The P3 plus isn’t super hot to begin with but still hits 80C+ easily, the Samsungs are HOT and regularly hit 90C+. This cooler drops the temps by 20-25C, after changing the pads to the correct thickness.I do a lot of video editing, some gaming and would typically see my drives running at 80-90C+ with regular heat sinks. They’re all rated at 70C before throttling….The stock thermal pad these come with is WAY too thin and does not touch all of the chips on the drive.I replaced the thermal pads with 1.5mm GElid Ultimate pads (brand isn’t as important, thickness IS important). With the 1.5mm thermal pads the cooling is substantially better dropping on average 20C because it’s actually touching all of the chips.I control the fan speed with Fan Control software and at 100% they rip at 8000+ RPM!!! They RIIPPP!!!Under normal conditions the fans at 30% is absolutely enough.Under heavy workloads and gaming the M.2 directly above the GPU (typically the OS/program drive) WILL get hotter than the rest so with the fans at 100% at 60C they stay nice and cool. This particular drive is the one monitored in Fan Control and m.2 fans speeds are set based on this drive.Under heavy workloads with a regular heatsink 80-90C+ and with this Thermalright fan heatsink the temp runs at 60C MAX! I work A LOT using my pc (video editing) and play some games and this keeps my drives running at full speed ALL the time.Because of the thermal pad being too thin, 4 stars.Definitely would recommend this product for GEN4 & GEN5 drives, just change out the thermal pads it comes with to1.5mm pads touching the chips and controller. Be sure to compress the pad/plates to where they all touch and tighten the screws while keeping pressure on the plates.
