You get a lot for your money. The taste is grassy and I don't personally think strong. The color is a bright green. If you don't think you need moringa think again. The vitamens and minerals in it are amazing.

Im on my second order of this Moringa powder! I ran out and forgot to reorder more, my body reminded me! I take it 2 to 4 times a week in a shake to help with the taste. I found that the capsules on many other brands just didnt work!This does!

I got this for energy and to naturally treat inflammation and the beginning of high blood pressure. I've only taken it for two days, yet saw an immediate change in my energy level and have experience three nights of uninterrupted sleep for 9 hours each night. The first day I took it in a smoothie later in the day, but I would suggest early morning instead, as my energy level stayed up way past my normal bed time. Day two, I did the early morning dose and that night I slept like a baby. When I woke up I actually felt like I slept, for the first time in several years. The effect on my blood pressure remains to be seen, as it is cumulative,so I will update this review in a couple of months about that. Oh, I tried it as a hot tea this morning, nice green taste. One more thing, use a TEASPOON not a tablespoon! The abbreviation for the dose on the package is wrong. TSP is what it should be not tbsp. You do a tablespoon you'll be up for days. I'm giving this a four star because of the mislabeled dosage and the fact that it won't mix well with cold liquid, it kind of clumps up. It does mix super good with warm to hot liquid though.

I have experience another brand that I liked. I use it by mixing into coffee in the morning.This item does not mix completely in hot coffee, leaving lots of floating globs that are not appetizing.I will go back to the othe brand.3 stars because other than than it was ok. Nice finely crushed powder.

Solely used as an NRF2 pathway upregulation via sulforaphane with as much scientific efficacy as broccoli sprouts intended to replace them bc sprouts r a lot of work and time and risk of food borne illness. The burn is a good sign, that’s the sulforaphane, the spiciness means it works, like horseradish & mustard seed powder (which enhance it actually). Learn more from dr Rhonda Patrick about moringa or google sulforaphane & nrf2; it’s basically a vitamin & indigenous methylator bc the process is activated for days afterwards, ie deactivating carcinogens and increase their excretion, deactivates genes involved in inflammation, activates antioxidant genes & slows the aging process...etc. Just add it to smoothie & blend (tough to blend, true but doable). I even have a moringa tree. 4g twice a day & feel more energized bc body is getting what it needs. This is organic although not certain if 3rd party tested, particularly for metals?
