Absolute trash - I've been training for many year, tried all the different product on the market, and these come under the placebo ones. Lads, if your looking for the placebo effect- these will work, if your looking for something the actually works these don't. Taking nothing and training with a good diet will give you gains. Having read some of the reviews on here about this product it's clear the placebo effect has took effect. Save your money. 😫😫

OMG this stuff is good. I am 44 years old and by following the instructions on this stuff you can feel your metabolism increase and I am lifting heavier and the mid waist I can see reducing, as long as you have a good balanced diet. My body temperature does increase quite a bit with this stuff even quite a few hours after a work out, but my strength training has improved and it’s great at boosting my T-Levels to the max. I’ve tried many things out there and have to say well done Poland for this amazing stuff. I am gonna defo order again

Worth a try bit nothing really noticed, save your money.

Taking these two along side turkesterone 1200mg & I have noticed an increase in strength. I'm completing my workout sets that were previously unachievable. No obvious signs of muscle gain yet but it's still early days and I'm not expecting this to be a miracle supplement. Only downside is trying to sleep is an absolute nightmare, so if like me you are mixing turkesterone with these, take turk first thing in the morning as it has a lifespan of 2-24 hours. Will buy again as a couple of months should give an accurate assessment of whether this really works as a muscle builder or not. I will update.

I would say biosterol is better than testosterol 250. I used it for as a test base and I didn't dissapoint .
