Most Glucosamine-only products come as the hydrochloride salt, and as a very large (oval) tablet. I've read that the sulfate salt is the preferred form, so I was glad to find these. Also, these oval tablets are smaller, & easier to swallow... yes, you need to take 3 tablets to get the 1500 mg, but imo that's better than gagging down one horse pill!

I have a couple of fingers that tend to "lock" at the 2nd knuckle. Right hand worse than the left hand. These pills certainly seem to help that a lot. My chiropractor says that they are good and recommends taking Glucosamine. My GP says that Glucosamine doesn't work. MY experience is that it does help me.UPDATE 8/6/2024Still helping my fingers. Although my right finger that used to lock still does it occasionally, it is nowhere near as often. The finger on the left has stopped locking completely. On a side note, our vet has put our 8 year old cat on glucosamine also to try offset arthritis in her joints. Good for both of us it seems!

Came as expected.

I am pleased with the size of these pills. I have used GS for years and years and this is the first brand that the pills are not huge.

This helps with my sore shoulder making it possible to do things I wasn't able to just a few weks ago.

Haven't seen any effects of taking it yet but it's only been 2 weeks
