Great Ingredients, from a Certified B-Corp Company
I've been dabbling in herbalism since the 1990's, and I grow a lot of my own herbs. I'm pretty picky about supplement companies, so when I saw this product on offer, I did some digging.Gaia Herbs seems like “the real deal”!Their website says that they’ve been in business for 35 years, and that they’re a certified B-Corp (meaning they work for good, not merely profit).Their website has bios for their staff and leadership—always a good sign.Their website also talks about how they are the “stewards of 270+ acres of Regenerative Organic Certified™ land in Western North Carolina, where [they] grow and harvest over 5 million plants and 45 types of herbs each year.” Very cool!So, onto the product. These are fantastic herbs—I grow quite a few of them myself. Skullcap, vervain, lavender, chamomile, and holy basil are all fantastic for stress and anxiety.The only bummer is that the recommended dose is 3 pills, meaning there are only 20 doses in this bottle.PS: This review is about Gaia Herbs’ “Gaia PRO Calm Restore.”

Great calming souce
These gel capsules are great for providing a sense of calm relief, they taste good and I like how I feel afterwards.

3 capsules for one serving size?
It could have been my favorite brand until I saw the size and the number of the pills I need to swallow for one serving size. If you are also taking other supplements or any other medication, you can understand how I feel. I am not a fan of gummies as well but this is more than I can commit to. Yes, it has organic ingredients from a trusted brand, one bottle only lasts for 22 days. I am still on the fence if it is worth it.

Taste like lavender
These taste of lavender, and that’s when I noticed that they contain lavender oil. Some people are sensitive to lavender, so I wanted to mention it. This did work to get me out of an anxious state into a calm one. Gaia is good company that makes quality, organic supplements.
