I live these as a fidget. They are very calming to me to soon in my hand. They are finished nicely and look great. The nice little storage bag is a nice touch also.

We purchased these exercise balls for my wife to use. They might be a little large for her small hands. She has used them some but not consistently. It is difficult to tell if they help with her arthritis.
