High quality unit.
High quality unit loaded with features. Wireless CarPlay works really well. It's nice to have the wired option as a back up. This unit has a physical mute and volume control which is so handy. Especially for old folks like me who has to turn down the radio to see the road better.

Excellent display and sound quality.
This unit has a very good sound and display. My only complaint would be that the operating instructions supplied with it are minimal and do not tell you how to set many of the functions. Having said that, the response by their technical support has been awesome. Their response to my e-mails has usually been within hours and has always been technically correct. One issue that I encountered was that the automatic dimming of the display did not work when my headlights were turned on. To remedy this I had to go to "Settings-General- backlight control time control" and set it to "OFF" and it worked. I recommend this unit but don't be afraid to contact tech services, I don't believe you will be disappointed.

Works for a very short time
Easy installation. Instructions were ok. For the first 2 weeks it worked well. Slowly after that almost daily things would stop operating. First thing was a loud static noise on certain radio stations if turned on for over 15 minutes. Next the connectivity of Android auto was extremely sporadic. Final straw was when it went haywire for about 10 seconds. After that I could not access settings, connect or radio. Tried pushing in reset button. It was actually just a sticker over a blank hole. Now I am waiting to receive my refund. I will not recommend.

Great when it works but It has its quirks
I use this for the CarPlay and that’s about it. I’ve never plugged my phone in direct, just used the wireless. There is about a 5 second delay so talking on the phone through it is difficult. Music is fine but pressing pause doesn’t pause it immediately. It loses connection randomly, and it also just totally crashes and restarts randomly. Other than that it sounds good.

Works OK, I would try to find something better.
It has a good equalizer setting on it, but it can be slow at times and lock up. I also have a big issue with the lag while talking on the phone, it’s pretty much impossible.
