Functional and lightweight
This is a nice, lightweight water cooler which is easy to use and to move. The water flows at a good rate and the water temperature is appropriate (hot/cold). The only problem that I had was with fedex delivery, but thanks to this seller (fedex was not very responsive to me), the problem was quickly solved!

The water capacity Reservoir sucks
If you try to get 8 oz of water out of it, it comes out warm keeps very little water cold.In the same with the hot, he's very little water hot.

Buttons are poor quality
The buttons are very cheaply made. The hot water lock doesn't work correctly and keeps the hot water button from working. The buttons have fallen off a couple times. Other than that it works if you want something cheap.
