A tried and tested design with a great heritage
The Opinel is a great knife with a long history. Light, strong and sharp. Give it a little 3-in-1 now and then and an occasional strop and it will last. The locking collar ensures the the blade will not fold onto your fingers during use. Would highly recommend.

Interesting concept.
Blade shorter and blunter than expected, but I guess for mushrooms it possibly doesn't need to be sharp. Amazon pic doesn't show the correct pic of the open knife.
