The plunger itself was easy to install and is easy to adjust. The plunger works great, and I'm really happy with the quality. I'm hoping this will last a long time. If you install it right, and the rest of your bow is in shape, there is no reason you should not be able to make a solid grouping. I've included a photo of the results after installing it on my bow (target at 40 yards).
