Purchased as a gift for a 1st birthday. Wanted something soft for when they tumble in and out but also sturdy when sat against and this is perfect. Has a padded bottom too. Whole cover comes off for washing which is a bonus for kids and pets. Cover is really soft, jersey sheet feeling. Was nearly ready to use upon arrival but did let it set 24 hours and it popped right up. There was a slight smell but that is gone now. Suggestion of the Vanland multi colored 100 count balls was with it. You are going to need at least 3 packs if you want a good depth of balls as you can see from the pictures of when I got just one pack vs ordering two more.

Got this as a birthday gift for my nephew and it’s great! Nice memory foam material with a washable sheet, holds its shape well and doesn’t look cheap. No assembly required, just open the box! Even my dog loved it.

My youngest grandson loves balls. Any balls. Seriously because it is almost funny that he will pass up anything to get at a ball. So what is the best thing to get him for Christmas? A foam ball pit!I had no idea that this ball pit could contain so many balls. I believe that I had to order 800 2.2” balls to fill it up. Probably because I didn’t buy the baby ball pit because I know that his big brother and sister will be joining him in the ball pit for sure.And besides all the extra balls that I ordered, the foam ball pit is super, super soft. And measures 47” X 14.5”, which means that this is the extra large ball pit. I’m pretty sure that this is the perfect size since all 3 kids will be playing in it at all times.The all pit, besides being soft, is very durable, adorable, great fun for the kids, and will probably be front and center in their front living room at all times. The only thing that we didn’t realize that it is quite expensive with the foam ball pit AND all of the balls that are necessary for them to fully enjoy it.I’m really glad that we got it just the way that we did because this will be a major present for him. He will love it for a long time to come.

I am excited to see my puppy’s reaction to this! I just opened it so it has not taken shape yet. Not enough balls so you definitely need to buy more if you want it really full but should be fun!

Purchased for my 40 pound labradoodle and the size is ok. A larger size might have worked better for her but it would have taken up way too much space in our 900 sq. ft. condo. Easy to assemble. I purchased 400 balls to go with it and used about 375 of them.
