First time buying this from amazon; I usually buy directly from their website.The package was delivered like mostly open, and then held together by one small piece of tape. The lavender was also spilled inside.Other than that, still makes the best lavender lattes

I love this product but had taken a break from purchasing due to the previous one being delivered broken by USPS. I literally saw the mail guy throw it on my porch causing the bottle to break through the packaging. Thankfully, this seller offered prime shipping with item being delivered by Amazon. I received quickly with item delivered with care.

Item arrived, but it had leaked in the box. When I try to report it, I get the message that this item is ineligible for return or replacement.
