This product is the same, a coconut based extract and so a good source of caprylic acid.The product is a soft gel form of the pills, this makes taking them very simple as they are easier to swallow than the chalky hard tablets. Just don’t bite down on them whatever you do! They are tasteless and lack a smell which help as well with swallowing. They are small pills and the instructions say to take them twice a day, which means this supply will last for two months if taken as directed.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. They include gelatin so aren’t suitable for vegans and vegetarians. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one twice daily then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider although vegetarians will have to look elsewhere and the 2000mg dosage refers to you taking 2 in total throughout the day.

Good value supplement
A long time user of Caprylic Acid I got these instead of the more expensive brand I usually take, I've been taking them for a couple of weeks now with no adverse affect so these seem to be very good value for money. The soft gels are well sized and easy to swallow

Made my seb dermatitis worse
As title says, it made my sen dermatitis worse and not on my head but I noticed it on my whole body as well, just noticed random dry patches in my ears and other areas of skin where that had never happened before and it stopped 2 days after I stopped taking them. Thought it was a fluke the first time and repeated it but same thing kept happening
