Sturdy enough, and works well.
It comes with everything you need to put a coax or ethernet outlet wherever you'd like! The card template was especially handy, and made the install dead simple. Took about 10 minutes because had to cut the drywall. Highly recommended!

Reliable and Easy-to-Install RJ45 Cat7 Wall Plate for Enhanced Networking
I recently installed the RJ45 Wall Plate 2 Port (Cat7) and am very pleased. The installation was simple with the included low voltage mounting bracket, and the metal shielded coupler ensures a stable connection.Performance-wise, it supports high-speed data transfer, noticeably improving my internet speed for streaming and gaming. The sleek white design fits well with my decor and keeps everything looking tidy. With two plates in a pack, it’s a great value for anyone upgrading their networking setup. Highly recommended for reliable Ethernet connectivity!

Surprisingly solid
Actually this was a great kit, made reasonably well. Install was completed without issue and looked good when finished. Will be buying again!

Worked great!
I picked this because it was the only dual CAT7 plate that also had a mounting box to replace the jagged hole and falling out drywall anchors from a previous installation. The included cardboard hole template (and my laser level) made the installation process easy enough that I was able to cut the hole so that the installed plate lined up almost perfectly with the existing paint lines. Rotating the tabs and tightening the screws to clamp the box onto the wall was pretty easy. The installed plate is not completely flush with the wall. I had read in some reviews that you can grind some nubs off the back of these type of plates to make them flush, but not worth the effort to me.

Overall it gets the job done.
It was pretty easy to install. It comes with a card that you trace to cut out the wall hole with, which worked really well. It makes my wall much cleaner looking with not having cables coming out a pass thru wall plate. I do have two nit picks about it which I will just deal with. Firstly, the screws that are used to attach the wall plate to the bracket are really long. It made it take longer than expected to attach the wall plate. I didn't want to use an powered screwdriver as I did not want to risk damaging anything since everything is plastic. I can see this being annoying if I have to remove the cover for any reason. Secondly, the keystone jack ends on the outside of the wall are extremely snug to the point that it is really tough to remove the ethernet cables. It is annoying but I don't plan on removing them any time soon. The inside of the wall side of the keystone jacks works fine though, they fit snug but are easy to remove. It is kind of weird how only the outside is a pain to remove ethernet cables. Overall it serves my purpose.

Easy to install
These are very easy to install. It would be nice to have a paper template, but it was still easy to cut the hole without.

Works well
Happy with this item, the Cat7 plugs seem to stick out, but they all seem that way. I am NOT getting full speed after upgrading wiring and switch, but isn't it always that way with ethernet? Anyway, faster than Cat5 so can't complain.

Worked perfect, ethernet cable from Office to master bedroom
These plates worked out perfect. My master bedroom but up to the office where the Internet/switch is located so rather than have lag sometimes with the wireless just pop two holes in the wall put the plates in and use a 1 foot connect cord inside worked out perfect. Went from roughly 50 mbps , to 650 mbps. I’m happy! Great quality and look good too.
