Glenwillow Home LaFerme Wood Panel Headboard in White - Queen Size

I recently down graded from a king size bed to a full size and began the tedious task of hunting for a headboard. After what seemed like countless house of searching I found this. I knew I did NOT want a country feel nor a farmhouse feel. This was IT the moment I saw it. It arrived sooner than expected and not a scratch, dent, or ding on it. The headboard is a nice product, but you need to be aware of a few things. The cam locks are not the highest quality. As a result, they can break apart (one blowing through the front of the headboard) or shattering so they no longer bring the furniture pieces closely together. The customer service reps were fantastic and had another headboard to me in a couple of days. A good tip is to screw in the pins finger tight, spray the tips with WD-40, place the dowels, put the pieces together, then drop in the cam locks. Half tighten the locks until all are engaged, then snug them up (without over-tightening). If the cam locks won't engage, loosen the pin a quarter turn and retry. This method ensured a great fit with no gaps. The other issue was the finish. There were paint flaws on both leg pieces, so I just reused the original set. Now I have a flawless headboard. Took off a star for the finish and cam lock problems, but I am very pleased overall!

Ordered not know what kinda of quality I would get. Beautiful real wood, not compressed wood! Paint looked great with very minor cosmetic flaws. So easy to put together, that my 10 year old daughter did it.

This product came to me with cracks and chipped wood everywhere. The return was mediocre but I had to then carry this giant box to a local UPS which isn't a huge deal but be cautious!

Headboard came with needing legs attached and a vertical board below visible portion. Directions & tools included. I didn’t even need the instructions, it was so simple!!! Took about 10-15 mins. And it’s super cute!!!!

There was tape stuck to the headboard (see picture) and the cams on one side don’t tighten enough and are visible. Further more, there was a cam already in place when we went to assemble the left side of frame further deepening out suspicion that we got sold a rerun at full price. Too bad it’s a pain to ship back a headboard!

This headboard is beautiful! The perfect cherry color, the beautiful shape and size . I am so pleased!

Edit: I was super excited when this came yesterday. Put it together and looked amazing. When I came upstairs tonight I noticed a crack at the top. It’s already together and set up. Definitely don’t want to have to take it apart and send back 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️I contacted the company and they are replacing my headboard 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
