Great Addition to Work Out!!
My son ordered this to help with his run time. He LOVES it!!! Additional 20lbs will help him feel lighter when he runs his Marine Corps PFT 3 mile run. He also uses it to help improve his pullups as well.

They’re steel plates
The plates were as advertised. Hard to believe that less than 20 lbs of steel cost almost $60 but it is what it is.

Too big. Too flat.
These plates were okay but I didn’t like that they were just flat. Not a good fit for someone with a small torso and they also were a little too large to fit in my tactical vest so I will be returning. I’m sure they would serve their purpose well for someone else though.
