I love the flexibility of disc bound books. These pockets allow me to deal with smaller papers and binder accessories like tabs that I typically lose in the bottom of my bag. I don’t have to worry about things falling out of traditional folder pockets. Keeps everything neat and accessible.

What works: The plastic itself is pliable, flexible but sturdy - it hits that nice sweet-spot between too brittle that the mushroom tabs will break and so flimsy weak that the folders on't stay in place. The seams feel solid and and durable.Problematic but expected: Yes, the snaps will interfere with flatness and will create a writing hump for any pages on layered over the folders (but I knew this when I ordered them). But damn, once snapped shut they hold and hold well....almost too well.Does not work at all: It's just waaay too difficult and cumbersome to insert even a single 8.5 x11 sheet of paper without forcing it and damaging the paper in the process. The dimensions are too tight. Contemplating returning or pulling out the Exacto knives to fix.

The snap is rather thick. Putting it in my organizer won't allow my organizer to close flat and placing it in my bag with this could cause damage to my organizer. The pocket only holds maybe 2-3 sheets. Could be a good place to store receipts and such but I would snap this to the outside of your organizer rather than inside. This won't work for me so I have decided to return it.

I use the Tul notebook setup for the notes I have created while studying for the MCAT. I bought these to go in front of each tested section (e.g., Biology, Organic Chemistry, Behavioral Sciences, etc.), but there is not much room to fit papers. After a small deck in there, the tops of the pages become bent if you try to snap the cover shut.

Disliked this item. Was hoping to have a folder that holds 5-10 pages. The folder barely holds 3 pages and the pages get folded up when trying to put papers in and when you engage the button.

Having a disc bound planner, I use it for everything. Personal and work. I thought these would be great to put work papers to keep nice and neat. Wrong. They only will hold maybe 3 pages that are letter size. They do not have enough room for anything more than that. Unless you use it to hold something smaller than letter size.

These are well made but a bit too small. If you try to put more than 3-4 pages in them, you either can’t snap it shut or you will have to damage the edges of the pages to get it closed. If they were a few millimeters wider, they’d be perfect.
