I was impressed with the connection options with these LED rope lights and for the purpose I had for them the length of the ropes was perfect. My plan was to put some feature LEDs round a square patio. When I set them up in daylight all looked great but as it grew darker it became apparent that they were very, very bright and a very yellow shade of white. If this is what you want that's fine but after allowing a few hours to get used to it, it became apparent that it wasn't subtle enough and didn't look right in contrast to some other "warm" white LEDs I had in the garden. So unfortunately I have had to remove them. Its not the fault of the product which seems well made and ideal for may applications, just not for what I had planned. I have since found a more subtle LED rope light from the same manufacturer, unfortunately it didn't have the option to join ropes but I guess I can live with that. I now have two sets of these looking for a place I can use them.

I have chosen to use this lights to replace another rope light which has now decided to stop working. The new lights are bright and I do not plan to add any more lights to make the chain longer. They are working well and are situated inside a shed at the bottom of the garden. Just the job and adds the necessary atmosphere to a man-shed. Recommended

Bought these for Christmas for the outside of my house, had originally hoped to put them along the guttering but unfortunately they were hard to straighten out because they had been wrapped up in a circle in the box. They have a lovely warm light and I will definitely use for the summer. I purchased 2 boxes in the Black Friday sale and my only issue is the lead from the plug to the end of the lights could be a bit longer.

I bought 2 sets of these to join together and run around the soffit area of our garden log house. The light is a nice level of brightness and adds a nice glow of light to the outside of the building.I also bought a bag of rope light clips with screws which did a great job of tacking the rope light around 3 sides of the building. The building is wood so the screws were perfect, they would be no good for fixing to any other material. Great outdoor lighting, pity it doesn't come with sticky pads, unroll for a couple of days to straighten out.

The lights did not work. They came on for a few minutes then went off. We had to hold the wire in a certain. Position to stay on. Returned them.
