This is my first time trying this. I’ve been using the UK plug, but my layovers are in Europe,so I need a way of charging my phone at the airport.It plugs in feels a little loose, but it does its job.

They don't fit all European outlets
I bought these for my trip to England. I was able to use them in some of the outlets, but not all. Some of the outlets had a different orientation. I am not sure if this is true all over Europe, but it was my experience in some parts of the UK.

These were clutch on our Europe trip!
We had the good fortune to get to go to Europe to celebrate our anniversary. We found these two-ported USB bricks that did just great to keep two phones and an Apple Watch charged while we were there.We used them in Iceland, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy. England had a slightly different version but the place we stayed had adapters.
