They really do work
I thought the top fan in my NZXT H510 case had bad bearing, it's was making such a racket. However, the case just seems to resonate really badly with this fan. These fan mounts have removed 90% of the noise, amazing result. There's still a little there so I'll change the fan, but it's so easy with these mounts! They actually really hold the fan securely too, quite surprisingly so.Very pleased.

Excellent Vibration Damping Fan Mounts
Used to mount several Fractal Dynamic 140mm fans to the front of an NZXT case that features a removable mounting panel for the front intake fans.As the case mounting panel is only fixed with captive thumbscrews at two points, it had a tendency to vibrate noticeably.Used these Noctua silicone mounts for both 140mm front intake fans and the vibration and noise levels reduced dramatically.• Positive:Easy and quick to use; no tools required; reusable; they match the black fans and the case interior really well, becoming almost unnoticeable when installed; and they offer a significant performance improvement over standard fan screws.• Negative:Slot mounted fans may require standard fixings. Packaging is probably excessive and must contribute to the overall cost.Overall an excellent and worthwhile upgrade. I don't think there is any real advantage to using conventional fan screws over these, except where the silicone tails would protrude and be visible outside the case e.g top mounted exhaust fans.Thank you for reading my review, I hope you've found it helpful.

They're rubber things that make your fans more quiet
I bought these to replace another set of them I've had installed for the past 5 years, as well as to add a splash of colour to my build.I thought the rubber would have deteriorated on the originals, but they withstood my tugging the fans loose and their roughshod removal. Same material on the new ones, I suspect these are going to last another 5 years without issues. They're a little more pricey than the 100/£5 you'll see in the search, but the cheaper ones I've bought have previously turned to so much rubber dust and sent a fan cascading noisily through my PC case in the process. Get these, they're nice and your PC will last better.

Very effective, easy to install.
I've used Noctua products on all my builds for years, and my latest was no exception. This time I used four 120mm 'Redux' fans (reviewed seperately), which don't come with vibration mounts.I think that's actually a good thing, as it not only keeps the cost down, but it also gives you the option of matching your fan accessories to your case. My new case is red, so I chose red mounts. The 'traditional' Noctua fans rock a rather dull beige and brown colour scheme, so the grey and red of my Redux fans is a welcome change. The mounts are easy to fit, and also strong enough that you can remove the fan without pulling the mount to bits. You get enough mounts for five fans in the pack, which is more than I needed but about right for most builds. At less than £9 on Prime, that's not a bad price, although it seemed a lot just to bling up my PC!To be fair, it's more than that. The mounts do a great job of isolating the fan from the chassis. Between the mounts and the Redux fans, the noise level with everything running flat out is very low. It's not silent, but I certainly can't hear it with my headset on, and it's tolerable even sitting next to it. I usually have the fans set so they change speed on demand, and at idle it really is silent.

Very effective product that cuts down mechanical vibration to a minimum
Very effective way of fastening a case fan quickly with further fixing isolation from rotational vibration, especially in awkward places where screw fixing is not easy,Noctua fans are very low noise level, but this fixture can be also used effectively on other fans with same type of fixing, a good quality product from a very reputable company Noctua, Highly recommended

These are great
I haven't screwed a fan into a computer since these first appeared on the market because they're brilliant. They absorb a bunch of vibration that would otherwise be passed to the case, they're quicker to install and remove, and there's no risk of stripping screws our wearing down the plastic of the fans' screw holes (I bought a fan as "brand new" recently which arrived with the screw holes all gouged to hell). Won't build a system without them these days.

Great product like most of Noctua's stuff
I had several sets of similar mounts that came with some of the Noctua fans I have. Those needed to be mounted on the case first and then you attach the fan which can be very fiddly in tight corners. These are much better - you mount them on the fan and then you mount the fan on the case. Much easier. The only drawback is that the ends stick out of the case but you can cut them if you want. I don't mind because I don't see the back of my PC most of the time.

Surpisingly good
So I had a new fan to install into my PC - I didn't have the coorrect screws to hand so started searching. These popped up and I was initially reluctant. But now I have used them I can honestly say these are much better than Iexpected. Really easy to install, secure and, well, pretty good. I would say, look carefully as there are versions with different lengths. Otherwise, great!
