Works PERFECTLY for my retro computing needs! Picture quality is far better than I was expecting. Also, I now grab this little guy whenever I need to test a PC that's not attackhed to a monitor, so convenient and light and compact. Perfect for my needs.

I am not so sure what a 4K monitor would see as the benefit in a 9" diagonal screen, but the current 1024 x 768 is fine with a good sharp view and I have had no clear evidence of any issue with the flickering of the screen described by some with the use of HDMI linkage. I used my own HDMI cable and maybe the one I placed aside as supplied is rather of a poorer quality or maybe the people with such units experienced an issue not so universal.For the cost the monitor provides crisp color and brightness and contrast. The remote is useful where the light monitor might be tipped over due to its lower edge controls, but a cautious user can adjust these from below if holding the monitor. The user is not likely to get much of a view of any screen contents at more than 4-5 feet so that distance is far from a consideration in reaching the monitor while it is in use.I have had only maybe 5 hours of use, if that, but I see no problems thus far. I hope not to need to update this review.

The media could not be loaded. When I contacted Amazon about the monitor failing, they referred me to Eyoyo customer service. There isn’t a phone number, just email. Eyoyo rep responded within 24 hours. I had tried (w/no success) troubleshooting on my own prior to sending the email…such as plugging the monitor into a different outlet….in another room…at a different home…& purchasing another power adapter to try. Nothing worked. They asked me to try ALL of these troubleshooting tips that I had mentioned & to send them a video of my attempts. Which I did. Once they received my email w/video, they asked me to try another power source. I explained again that I had already tried this without success. Since my last response to them, I have not heard back. They won’t reply anymore…& I’m out $105 & stuck with a monitor that does not work. Amazon will not help either since I am past the return date & will only refer me back to the seller. Getting tired of the run around & lack of support from Eyoyo AND Amazon. I usually don’t post negative reviews, but $105 is a good chunk of $$…especially when you’re in a financial hardship. 🤞one of them reads this & will either replace it, or refund me the cost.****UPDATED REVIEW****👍👍👍👍A Support Team representative responded to my review & last email. She was very sincere in her apology in regards to the failed support I had previously received, & stated that Eyoyo strives for the best customer service/experience as well as standing behind their products. She offered to either refund the purchase amount or replace it. In the end, I requested the refund since I’ve already purchased a replacement. The refund was processed quickly.I appreciate the (end) customer service I had received in resolving my issue. Had this been done in the beginning, I would’ve opted for a replacement monitor since I had no qualms with its functionality, great detailed picture resolution etc. For future reference, I would encourage EYOYO to further train front lineC. S. staff to avoid dilemmas such as this. I’m giving the review 4 stars. The Monitor itself was fine & worked like a champ until it “died” just a little over a year, my issue was just the lack of customer support(in the beginning ) in coming to a resolution. Do you have a stereo receiver and want to listen to some music that was recorded on a USB thumb drive or some audio from an HDMI device like the Fire TV or a computer. Set the Eyoyo next to your receiver or amp and connect a 1/8 inch male to RCA male adapter cable to the headset jack on the Yoyo and the other end to one of your audio amp inputs. Not only does it have a great display but it also has a built in FIVE BAND AUDIO EQUALIZER that can be accessed in the audio menu. The volume can be adjusted with the Eyoyo remote control or set Eyoyo to max volume when using your receiver's remote.

Purchased this Eyoyo monitor to use for a media server. After hooking it all up via HDMI, the screen displayed, "Wrong Format", so I checked the monitor settings and I made sure that I had matched the resolution and rebooted the computer, it still displayed, "Wrong Format". I tried different cables, it still displayed, "Wrong Format". I then used the RGB output of the computer and rebooted it, it still displayed, "Wrong Format". I updated the Monitor and the computer, and rebooted, it still displayed, "Wrong Format". So after trying for two hours with no success all of the troubleshooting I and Google knew, I was done. I was going to return it, but wouldn't be able to sleep knowing that someone else may acquire it and feel the same disdain and hatred at a company and their horrible product. So I smashed it against a brick wall until it could no longer ruin anyone else's day. So believe me when I say, don't buy this product. Move along, there is nothing to see here.......
