The media could not be loaded. Purchased one in May 2024 (for Mothers Day gift for my mother) and CPU cooling fan made loud noise.Returned PC for replacement (JOYSYSTEMS)June 2024, replacement PC CPU fan made loud noise - even worse than the first one (video).Received Replacement Replacement in July- the 19th. This one did not have the touchscreen as I ordered it, but oh well the rest of it worked. My mom has only used this thing about 5 times since then. It has never been dropped or mishandled. Suddenly without warning, the power unit went out. So in less than 6 months this PC turned into a 500 plus dollar brick. Their response? Out-of-warranty so, contact a repair center (at my own expense). Please do yourselves a favor and pay the extra money for a NEW PC.
