Disfuctional
Product arrived without instructions. Set it up intuitively. Lost the trap to a chicken that carried it off. Requested refund but have not received it. Do not waste your money.

I caught a chicken or two but they got rusty pretty quick.

Not for roosters or turkeys
Have had two roosters break the snare and line holding snares togethers. Need to upgrade line to spectra or something else.

You DON'T get what you pay for...
Didn't work at all, birds walk through and around them unfettered. If the snare does trigger, the birds just walk right out of it.

No Instructions, Not Very Effective
For one, no instructions were included; we had to figure that out for ourselves. For two, they can't say it won't hurt the bird because IF it caught something by the neck or foot, it could do some harm. However, this trap doesn't seem very effective; if a bird were actually to get caught, it could get right back out of the snare as soon as it relaxes. Maybe if there were instructions or a better instructional video, I could use it better, but it's more like a waste of time and money.
