This egg protein powder does the trick. Bought my blood protein numbers up and I’m feeling well. Blends well, taste good and is a great bargain.

Better for baking
This is fine as an egg white substitute in baking since it smoothes out when you whisk it, but it does not blend well as a protein supplement. Too clumpy to drink.

No longer whips up to stiff peaks-lack of customer service
This product used to be great. I used it all the time for making protein bread. The last two jars that I have bought of this have failed to froth up to full peaks and the bread has been terrible. I have used this product forever, but again the last two batches which have the same lot number on the bottom have failed. I tried being optimistic by buying a second jar only to be disappointed. I have tried to contact the company via telephone as well as email and they absolutely are terrible with Support. I’ve received no response. I would not waste your money on this product. Very unhappy and unsatisfied customer. This was an expensive product for it to no longer be the quality it used to be. I wouldn’t waste your money.

Does not mix well, strong chemical taste
As someone who cannot tolerate whey protein, I was excited to try this product. It is third party tested and, according to a recent CNN article regarding heavy metals in protein powders, egg protein powder is considered to be a safer alternative to whey than plant based protein powder. Unfortunately, I could not get over the strong chemical taste of this powder. This was even after I added some of my wife’s delicious skinny syrups. I also used a high quality blender to mix it with coconut milk and it still turned out clumpy. I would not recommend this product at this time.
