Works great and backups are quick.

The app never worked properly, useless customer service
Never was able to download more than about 300 photos out of about a thousand. I tried contacting customer service, email only, and several days for response time with answers like are you sure you are copying pictures from your phone or from the cloud? From my phone duh. Each silly question added another three days to a week of response time with no resolution. Forget it. Great concept I had high hopes.

This device is awesome! I downloaded the app, then plugged in the device as instructed, and BOOM it started working! The app is beautifully designed, works efficiently, and does exactly what it promises! This is genius, and I love it!!
